Qualifications & Achievements

Dr. Harsh Kapoor has been in Practice of Gastroenterology, Hepatology, International Endoscopy and in the field of Liver Transplant Hepatology for 27 years.

After Graduation in Medicine from Delhi University, he did his Rotating Internship, Specialization in the field of Internal Medicine and then of Gastroenterology and Hepatology from Dalhousie University Halifax, Novascotia, Canada.

He did further fellowships in International ERCP and Liver Transplant. He was teaching and worked as Sr. Consultant at Dalhousie University, Halifax, Novascotia, Canada for 17 years. Then he joined as Associate Professional at Emory University, Liver Transplant Unit in ATLANTA, Georgia for 6 Years.

He moved to India and joined Max Saket Super Specialty Hospital, New Delhi Gastro Division as Senior Consultant. Then he moved to Primus Super Specialty Hospital, Chanakyapuri, New Delhi as Chairman of Institute of Gastro Hepatobiliary Science.

Presently for last three years He is Director & HOD of Gastroenterology and Hepatology Department at Moolchand Medcity Hospital, New Delhi.

Dr. Kapoor practice includes large number of Patients from all over India, International Patients from Afghanistan, Middle-east, Europe and some of his follow-up patients from North- America.

Dr. Kapoor has published widely in International Journals and a very active in academics. He has given over 250 Lectures all over the World, including Conducted CME programs.

He has specialty Canada Board in International Medicine and Gastroenterology from Royal College of Physicians & Surgeons on Canada.

His special area of interests includes:

• Helicobacter Pylori,
• IBD
• International Endoscopy + ERCP and
• Liver Transplant.

Dr. Harsh Kapoor is dedicated for the care of his patients, does take extra time to explain issues and treatment plan to the patient’s family.

Dr. Kapoor with 25 yrs. experience in North America established ATLANTIS GASTROENTEROLOGY and HEPATOLOGY on those principles. In future we expect to have multiple similar units in Delhi and other major cities.
